• Facilitating identification in case of loss
• Sending alerts to configured contacts
• Sharing location when authorized by the user

UBÍCAME YA is not:

• An emergency service
• An automatic monitoring system
• A rescue, security, or surveillance service
• It only shares location and information when the user activates or authorizes it

The user acknowledges that the use of the platform is at their own responsibility.

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful and updated information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account
• Use the platform in accordance with the law

In case of registering third parties (including minors), the user declares that:

• They have sufficient legal authorization from a parent or legal guardian
• They assume full responsibility for the registered data

The code allows:

• Access to basic profile information (according to configuration)
• Sending alerts to the owner or contacts
• Sharing reference location, which may not be precise or continuous, and will depend on device availability, connectivity, and user or third-party actions, not constituting a real-time continuous geolocation system. Such information will only be shared when the user has activated or authorized it in the app.

The user acknowledges that:

• Anyone with physical access to the code can scan it
• UBÍCAME YA does not control or verify the identity of the person scanning the code
• The visible information depends exclusively on the user's configuration
• The user assumes the risk arising from the exposure of such information

The functionality of the QR code depends on external factors such as:

• Mobile device
• Operating system and version
• Device configuration
• Camera quality
• Connectivity
• Hardware compatibility

Consequently, some devices may have limitations when reading the QR code, even if it is in proper condition.

Ubícame Ya acts solely as a technological intermediary. Therefore:

• It does not guarantee the identity of third parties interacting with the system
• It is not responsible for misuse of the QR code
• It does not intervene in interactions or conflicts between users

Ubícame Ya shall not be liable for:

• Technological failures, interruptions, or system errors
• Misuse of the application by third parties
• Criminal acts (fraud, extortion, impersonation)
• Inability to locate a person or pet
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the service

The user is responsible for the information registered in their Ubícame Ya profile and guarantees that such information:

• Is truthful and up to date
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Does not violate applicable laws

It is prohibited to enter false, offensive, illegal content or content that may cause harm to third parties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law.

Ubícame Ya may suspend or cancel accounts in case of:

• Fraudulent or improper use of the platform
• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or unlawful activities

Likewise, the platform may:

• Log IP addresses, devices, and activity within the platform
• Cooperate with competent authorities when required by law

All rights to the application, design, brand, and content belong to Ubícame Ya. It is prohibited to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute without authorization
