b) Profiles associated with minors — In situations where a minor has a profile that allows information to be viewed via the QR Code, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and accepts that such information may be accessible to third parties who scan the code, according to the established configuration. The responsible adult assumes responsibility for the level of exposure of the information configured in the minor's profile.

c) With third parties who scan the QR Code — When a third party scans the QR Code, they will only be able to view the information that the user has chosen to make accessible.
